Wir bevorzugen stärkere Biere mit vollem Körper.
Das ganze Jahr können Sie bei uns drei Sorten St.Norbert-Bier (unfiltriert und unpasteurisiert) verkosten halbdunkles, dunkles und IPA. Wir brauen auch saisonale Biere, die zu einzelnen Jahreszeiten mit Geschmack und Stil gut passen. Stellen Sie sich vor - erfrischendes American Pale Ale oder Chocolate Stout mit vollem und köstlichem Geschmack!
Wir brauen aus besten Rohstoffen: tschechisches Malz, frische Bierhefe, beste Hopfensorten. Wir kombinieren gerne traditionelle Verfahren mit modernsten Methoden (kalte Hopfung oder simulierte Gärung in den Holzfässern). Wir sind auf das Erbtum der tschechischen Braukunst stolz, aber wir sind ständig bereit zu experimentieren!
Diese Kreativität und das Interesse an neuen Geschmacksrichtungen zeichnet unsere Braukunst aus! Unsere Biere filtrieren und pasteurisieren wir nicht! Unser jährlicher Ausstoß ist 1800 Hektoliter Bier – davon wird 95 % direkt in unserem Restaurant gezapft! Wir verkaufen auch Flaschenbier, so können Sie Ihr Erlebnis von der Brauerei noch zu Hause wiederholen oder Ihrer Familie und Ihren Freunden ein kleines Geschenk vom Besuch im Brauerei Strahov mitnehmen!

Smoked PorterSmoked malt appears very lightly and is a good company for other used malts. Result is quite dry avor. As we get it Whisky and oak wood added to the fermentation. Alc. 6,3% / 50 IBU / Hops: Hallertau Ariana
GinfinityLandcraft and Pivovar Strahov collaboration. We have carefully selected both traditional and unconventional ingredients: juniper, coriander, lemon balm, lemongrass, ginger, and citrus peels, enhanced by the addition of "Cryo-Citra" hops. Alc. 45%

SINKER OAK oak-aged lagerTaste the pale lager of the guest brewery Zichovec. Thanks to the use of oak chips, we can impart a very intense wooden character to the beer in a surprisingly short time, creating a unique, delicate taste reminiscent of vanilla. anks to the short but intense extraction, the wood releases a minimal amount of tannins, leaving the beer very delicate. The aromatic modern Czech hop Harmonie then beautifully winds on the elegant tones of French oak. Alc. 5,1% / 50 IBU / Hops: Harmonie
