OUR BEER
We like bold, full-bodied beers.
We offer three unfiltered, unpasteurised St. Norbert beers on tap year-round: an Amber Lager, a Dark Lager and an IPA. We also brew seasonal beers that reflect the flavours and atmosphere of each time of year. Think refreshing American Pale Ale and rich, savoury Chocolate Stout.
We brew with the finest Czech malts, fresh yeast, and the best hops. From cold-hopping to wood ageing, we enjoy combining traditional and modern techniques. We are proud to hold onto our heritage, but we aren’t afraid to experiment!
We do not filter or pasteurise St. Norbert beer. Currently we brew about 1,800 hectolitres each year, and 95% of this is enjoyed at our restaurant. But we also sell bottles, so you can repeat your brewery experience at home.

STRAHOV BREWERY

Dark LagerWell hopped, dry in avour, all malt. Our most award winning beer. Alc. 5,5% / 40 IBU / Hops: Saaz hops
Smoked PorterSmoked malt appears very lightly and is a good company for other used malts. Result is quite dry avor. As we get it Whisky and oak wood added to the fermentation. Alc. 6,3% / 50 IBU / Hops: Hallertau Ariana
GinfinityLandcraft and Pivovar Strahov collaboration. We have carefully selected both traditional and unconventional ingredients: juniper, coriander, lemon balm, lemongrass, ginger, and citrus peels, enhanced by the addition of "Cryo-Citra" hops. Alc. 45%

Berry'd in Chocolate This Double Sour from Zichovec Brewery contains a huge amount of raspberries, heaps of cocoa and tonka beans, which have a unique flavour reminiscent of cinnamon, nougat, cherries and nutmeg. Despite the higher strength, it is surprisingly easy to drink. Alc. 6,5%
Nectar of HappinessThis is the flagship of brewery’s pursuit to create the most hoppy New England IPA they can. Nectar is a single hop IPA with a clear aim – to embody aroma and avour of the legendary hop Citra a to do so with minimal bitterness and a pretty thick body. You’ll love it for its fruity, citrusy and tropical avour. Alc. 7% / Hops: Citra
Winter Affair Gossip Hidden Springs Ale WorksCooperation with Florida’s Hidden Springs Ale Works Brewery. West Coast style IPAs is uncompromising – just like this modern citrus bomb with tropical fruit notes and a hey bitterness that transports you straight to the sun-drenched beaches of the West – even though you’re actually on the other side of the map!
